I just got a 3% raise!!!! OK, I know this isn't very impressive BUT just 2 days ago my boss called me into his office and asked if I knew about the union's latest agreement. I didn't so he gave me a memo that stated that the agreement dated 10/1/07 has been ratified and that effective 10/1/07 the union salaries had been increased by 3% and that the increase would be retroactive and paid on 7/18/08

NICE!!!!! We are having layoffs and wont get a raise for the next year or two. But my boss new this was gonna happen so I got two raises last year!!!!! | |
