The Wizard of Oz - Don't know why, part of my programming

It's a Wonderful Life - same reason

Mob Movies (All of them) - Goodfellas, Godfathers, even that lame Mobsters movie
from the late eighties with Christian Slater as Lucky Luciano

Warner Brother Cartoons - Child programming maybe but Bugs Bunny has stood the test of time

Music movies/documentaries - Can't get enough, it's like crack

EDIT - Forgot...Westerns...old and new, Unforgiven & Tombstone keep me coming back

Honestly...Its embarassing and I shouldn't admit it but... I've probably watched Graffiti Bridge about 100 times boxed

I've only owned it since 2004, but at one point I had gotten used to just putting it on each night when I was winding down for bed...something about it was just soothing lol

Sometimes it's just one particular scene that just cracks me up and I need the rest of the movie to frame it... as kind of a lead-up. Like Cheech Marin's 'pussy, pussy, pussy' bit in 'From Dusk Til Dawn'. That thing just kills me everytime I see it.

Some movies just make me feel good because they're attached to a particular memory or pleasant time in my past. So they get multiple plays.

My faves to watch over and over are 'The Godfathers' I and II, Boomerang, Sixteen Candles, Cooley High and a few others I'm sure I'm neglecting.

I can't keep track of how many times I've seen a movie, but I know a few have to be over 20 times especially since they air five or more times a year. Without fail somehow I catch every airing.

Dirty Dancing
Independence Day - I was heated that I couldn't watch the marathon on Fox Movies because we're not subscribed to that channel. I missed 24 hours of ID a couple of weeks ago. sad
Grease
The Sound of Music
Out of Sight
Ocean's 11
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
The Breakfast Club
The Incredibles
High Fidelity - the latest addition

In the near future:
Iron Man - since I've seen it twice in the theater
"Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!
"It's just my imagination, once again running away with me."

I love surprising, clever movies. I watched "Boomerang" today, and was amazed at how fresh it is.

Good writing generally is the draw for me. Some film faves that keep me coming back:

Dr. Strangelove
The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz
The Man
