The Vikings continue to struggle...but at least my man got in yesterday and provided a spark that Culpepper has failed to give the Vikes...I say start BOUMAN this week! (But since Duante is the future of the organization.....I doubt that will happen) All he does is make plays...look at the games he played in last year (NFL Player of the Week versus Tennessee), comebacks that fell short versus Pittsburgh and Detroit...and yesterday versus the G-men. Green Bay is the best in the league. They are not as dominant in some areas (rush D and rush O, kick and punt returns) as some other teams, BUT, they are overall the most talented and full of heart.

Keep in mind the first half of the season was, for the most part, played with 2nd and 3rd string defenses.

The statement they made was not at all the 1 I expected.


They had played inconsistently (at best) the previous 2 games before the home debacle against the Colts. I see no logical explanation for the way the Eagles played against an inferior Colts team. They lacked emotion & hustle. Did the Eagles really believe that the Colts would just bend over & say "here, take it"?

The bottom has fallen out of the wagon. Every game now is a "must-win" game for the Eagles. With all the talent we have on offense & defense, there is absolutely NNO WAY the Eagles should lose to teams with worse records (Jax, Tenn & Indy)..


Normally I'd be doing cartwheels knowing that the no-account Arizona Desert Buzzards are coming to town, but the Eagles might play down to the Cards' level too.

Then we'd really be in trouble.
