I am 6'0 and got down to 130 once when I was sick. I looked horrible and "too skinny" but I still had a long way to go before it was really dangerous.

But you're 18 I wouldn't worry about a number, if you're exercising regularly you probably look better than you think you do! And cardio increased my appetite. A truely skinny guy was Michael Jackson back in the late 70's. Even after that he was a very skinny man. But Mario Lopez? No way. And anyway I like it. Skinny men are much sexier than fuller men. | |
