I had the pleasure to show Miguel around town here in Amsterdam. I kinda tired him out severely; we went clubbing and drank loads of coffee and beer and watched a soccer game in the pub and well, whatnot?

Most fun, besides the stuff I will not disclose, was taking him hime and cook for him and just relax.

We spoke of SO many things over the weekend and I am so, SO thrilled to find a pressie waiting for me when I came home today. While he was over at my place he remembered me saying I wanted to search for a book and made sure I do not have to search no more.

"Grotesque" is a masterful and haunting achievement.

I can't wait to start reading! The first book (Out) was an amazing mix between thriller and something more... I love, love writers that cross genres.

Miguel is one of the biggest sweethearts in the world. Always a pleasant demeanor, always up for anything, seems to never have a bad mood, such a positive, positive person.

I am just very lucky with the people that I met and whom's friendship carried on in real life, something that is harder than it looks, as the internet is not really a good representive way of meeting people unless you are really open and forward, which harrdly anyone is.

Even I am just a mere shell here of what I really am, I think. But with a few peeps you get what you see and Miguel is one of them. It's why I love him so much. I can share ANYTHING with him, from bubble-thoughts to the deeper hurts of my soul and he can lift me up, the only other here that can do that is Lars. We're no Juicy Boyz for nothing.
