Moderator | Hello
Make sure they have some decent snacks on the plane. And don't let them make you pay for the amount of luggage you have. Ohh purple joy oh purple bliss oh purple rapture! REAL MUSIC by REAL MUSICIANS - Prince "I kind of wish there was a reason for Prince to make the site crash more" ~~ Ben |

I'm still figuring out a lot of stuff ask me! that is one thing I actually know something about! press F11 doesn't do much I wanna know how to do the fancy flipping thing between open applications. I thought it'd be cmd+tab but that doesn't do it. I need to show off to my colleagues in the morning. I also like to know page up, page down (cmd+arrow take me to the complete bottom of a page). I wanna know of some good apps for the mac (I installed openoffice.org, adium, skype (apparently it works fine if the Mac firewall is not turned on ???). I need a good RSS reader. Installing apps has never been so easy Do you think I made a good choice with the Macbook 2,4 ? I really couldn't shell out the money for the Macbook Pro and I'm not going to use it as my main computer for work. Mainly personal use. My kids love photobooth and I ventured into Garageband yesterday but all I could let it do was 'ting'

I don't know about your keyboard on a macbook but on mine page up or page down takes it up or down by one screen. Macbook instead of pro should be fine for home esp with open office dunno about RSS

I was thinking to opt for iWorks 08 but I've used openoffice before both on Windows and Linux and I love it
