I say nay, but it's as a woman w/ boobs. I understand chicks who want a little more up there if they're an A or B, but all the ridiculous sizes (especially on petite women) is nutty & SO fake looking.

I'm a flat chested woman with severe boob envy. I go back and forth with the idea of getting implants all the time until I google image them. Yes, there are some that look fabulous, but I don't want to take the chance of f'ing up my body. Especially because I don't have much to work with in the first place.

A great candidate for implants are woman with floppy pancake tits. Implants will perk those babies right up!

And uh...all men love big boobs!! I don't care who you are or what you say, you would not turn away from a nice pair of tata's!!!!!

I do agree there are some cases where I could understand a woman going for it. Like any plastic surgery, it's a potentially great thing, but overdone by people who don't need it.

Small breasts are just as good as large, it's the fact that they are part of a woman that's important. If we just wanted the shape of huge breasts, we could blow up a doll!
