Looks like Oceana was right,the Republicans now control the House,the Senate,and the Oval Office.I am a true blue Democrat but I think the Dems NEEDED to get their asses kicked in this election!! Ever since Clinton left office,they have no leader,no BALLS,and no backbone.They're too weak to stand up to Bush and his stupid policies.They go along with everything he tries to do.They're gonna have to do alot of soul-searching and figure out what they stand for.They need a strong,aggressive leader like BILL CLINTON,who was truly the best thing that ever happened to the Democratic Party.Without him,the Democrats are fading away into obscurity.It pains me to say this,but it's true. | |

I too am very afraid for the United States,with Bush and the Republicans in total control.Things are gonna get really rough these next two years.The Democratic Party really needs to re-group,re-organize and get themselves together!! They need to STAND UP to Bush and show some backbone.When Clinton was President,the Republicans came up with their own "Contract With America" which enabled them to take back control of Congress.They weren't afraid to attack a popular President.They had BALLS,something that the Democrats don't seem to have these days.Tom Daschle and Richard Gephardt need to be given their pink slips!!! | |

So the results are in in all the states right now?
OK...sooo, shouldn't you be pissed at all the non-voters who will complain but not get up off of their asses and vote, or even do it by absentee ballot? Can we hope that non-voters turn out and vote in 2 years to possibly prevent the dumbest president of my lifetime from actually being elected for the first time in his life to continue his daddy's bizness? Can we get a posse and go to each and every one of the non-voters' houses to physically drag them out and make them vote? Just say the word... Anyone? Anyone? Buehler?  This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes. | |

By 2004,our economy will be completely ruined,we will probably still be at war,unemployment will be high,and we will still be in a recession.Hopefully,people will wake up before choosing our next president. | |
