What am I gonna do? Just eat carrots and broccoli forever and never be around people again??? fart

Dude...I'm gonna buy some damn Dexatrim. What am I gonna do? HAve a lot of muscle under the "fluff"

Losing weight is a bitch!

I do that a lot. I killed four pears last night. Then a banana and an orange.

Actually, last night wasnt that bad. I was VERY fiberous, but not a raving fat ass like today.

I swear I think I'm gonna work out twice a day now to combat my fat girl ways.

Note to self....go buy the produce section tomorrow...the whole section...i'll be through with it by next week

I have a trainer, and she gave me an eating plan....But I went over that in the last 5 days. Now, I only lost one pound this week..but I got lucky

Not to put all my business out there, but it is that time for my "friend" to visit and that makes me even hungrier. I need to go on that Yaz birth control, they say it stops the extra appetite and weight gain each month.

You're right. While I was driving back from my mountain hike today, I wa CRAVING some strawberries. This would be nice if I turn junk cravings into some hellified fruit cravings.

Fruit still contains lots of sugars, so it's really not that great.

Do you happen to be on a low fat diet?

That's why you're so hungry. You need more fat in your diet and no, fats aren't always bad. The right kinds will actually help you get rid of your body fat.

Like the almonds my trainer says I'm supposed to eat? I dont buy them cause I know I'll eat the whole can! I guess I could pre-portion them in cute baggies

hug I'm going through the same thing now. I'm hoping it's because I've just started working out and my body doesn't know how to digest food properly yet. On the plus side, I've been pooping like a champ. woot!

Exactly how do you eat all day...what I mean by this..do you only do 3 meals a day, or do you do a bunch a small meals a day.

The reason I ask..a very close friend of mine is a personal trainer, and he says a person should do the small meals a day plan. That way your body is never hungry.

Just stop eating. It's tough but after about the 3rd day your hunger pains just kinda stop, then eat like next to nothing each day. After about a week anything more than a mouthful makes you crazy full. The weight will just drop off very, very fast, but just don't plan on ever eating normal again.

biggrin

she's kinda right...it takes some self control for a few days but ignoring hunger pangs for a day or so will (or atleast in my case) make them subside...I also read an article that said most peoples insistent hunger pangs were caused by dehydration...shrug

of course I say all this as I eat my second breakfast burrito... neutral

No I hear ya. I've had to take a break from eating just to slow down my appetite and perhaps shrink my inner stomach back down?

Being hungry can be a sign that your body is burning fat. Eat...but eat more of the right things.

Make sure you eat some good fats, too. That'll help quell the hunger a bit...and help you assimilate fat-soluble vitamins.

Those are high-sugar fruits - of course you're going to be hungry a couple hours later! Your body is pumping out a lot of insulin to deal with that - no wonder you're crashing and constantly hungry.

Instead of high-sugar, low-fiber fruit, eat berries. They have a much better water/sugar/fiber ratio. Have them with a little plain, whole milk yogurt. The fat in the yogurt will blunt the effects of the sugar in the fruit, so they'll stay with you longer.

Better yet, switch to low-sugar, high-fiber veggies.
