An acquaintance of mine died from an pancreas infection I just stopped in and had a chat with him for about an hour at his store about a week and a half ago. Then a few days later I went back to talk to him and a little note was on the door saying he was out sick (I thought he was just playing hookie).
Then I went back yesterday and there was a wreath of flowers from the area businesses at the door saying that they would miss him. So I went to one of the area businesses and they said he died in the hospital from an infection in his pancreas. I am shocked to say the least.

I'm so sorry. This has rarely happenned to me. I remember a gorgeous young girl behind me lent me a cassette in high school. She died in a car accident before i could return the tape.

yeah I was just starting to get to know him. It just shocking how fast it took place, he was only in his late 30's
