Sorry about your eggie-farts. That's the first time I ever heard of that, although the same thing happens to me with brussel sprouts . I don't know what a good substitute would be for an omlette, although I am fond of a good scramble done with tofu. For nice color just add a little tumeric. I am kinda curious now to see if I could create a tofu based mixture that will give you the consistency and texture of an omlette, though. I might make this a cooking project for next week

It can be dose related. A small amount may be OK. But, you're vegetarian, so, more tofu and beans? i'm fine with things that have egg as an ingredient, like pastries and whatnot. items like omelettes and egg salad are the killers. as a vegetarian, i've sampled a lot of egg-free entrees - some are great, some not so great. so i know i can be perfectly content as a part-time vegan, it's just that i'll miss me my eggs. how about egg beaters? (i mean those fake eggs or healthy liquid eggs, not the thing you scramble real eggs with). "Try to remember how you used to feel about me
and think about how you're treating me now. Then try to reconcile them, if you can. But you don't even remember, do you?"

Which I am. It's ok as long as you take the enzyme that digests milk sugar for you. How often do you really have ice cream anyway? And who's Bree?

Paprika. Okay. I can't do eggs without a lot of other stuff present to cover up their taste/texture...so I'd never be able to tell if it were the eggs or something accompanying them. Egg Beaters are actually good, IMO. I like the Garden kind. The Southwestern is also good if you like a little spice. Shake it til ya make it

Egg Beaters have been around for years. I think they are ok. Well My Mom worked for the company that developed them (as well as Morningstar Farms). I probably shouldn't tell you that the same place that Developed Egg Beaters also made SOS pads and One a Day and Flintstones. Christian Zombie Vampires

why should that bother me? i'm sure SOS pads, one-a-days and flintstones chewables taste delightful in a nice omelette.
