I got sick a little while back so even though my stomach is flatter and firmer than it's been for years I think my body ate any muscle I had on my chest and arms, and it wasn't a lot to begin with. I've only just started swimming to get it back so I'm not about to post that kinda pic in here. Unless it's an old one.
