as may is MHM, speak on ur depression, anxiety, anything else. no making fun of others, no off topic talk plz i suffer from depression and severe anxiety, i have for many years and now i know in order to live my life i need to get them under control.
not sure how they started but anyway..... im not very good at expressing myself like this, but as my expression i wrote poems ( the only thing i think im good at) ill have my poems up in a bit, anyone else. love u all M | |

anxiety/depression sucks. i'm having hysterical crying fits almost every night. i thought they were because of school, but now i'm not so sure. i feel pretty insane at this point.   | |
