I think the answer is both. I mean, if you in love with someone and you trust them, then the number doesn't matter cause its all about you and your significant other. HOWEVER a high amount does say something about a person; its much different than having a lot of sex with just one person

We (foolishly, of course) view women as these "innocent & pure" creatures and us men like to feel we can protect that innocence and it starts at a young age.
