This might be a little contradictory but....

extra sharp cheddar cheese is more stinky than even some basic blue cheese.

it's really pungent too! the shit just lingers on your fingers. i can't imagine what's it's like warm.

what's up with that?

at least with cheddar, the taste makes up for the smell. i think the taste of blue cheese is just as stank as the smell. it's like eating cultivated toejam found under the seat of a long-abandoned subway car, is what it's like. cheddar is pretty and orange, and tastes mighty fine on crackers.

Sharp white cheddar is cloud9 but the orange shit makes me feel like I'm eating plastic. I know it's just some annatto, but annatto can suck it.

i like the combos like stilton with mango and ginger. drool now that gets my juices going....altho, sometime it tastes like sherbet.
