This might be a little contradictory but.... extra sharp cheddar cheese is more stinky than even some basic blue cheese.
it's really pungent too! the shit just lingers on your fingers. i can't imagine what's it's like warm. what's up with that? | |

at least with cheddar, the taste makes up for the smell. i think the taste of blue cheese is just as stank as the smell. it's like eating cultivated toejam found under the seat of a long-abandoned subway car, is what it's like. cheddar is pretty and orange, and tastes mighty fine on crackers. | |
