However it can also be incredible in that you cannot perceive how it came into being and over what period of time etc. so to say wonderful is the same as incredible, i think is incorrect. incredible is the next stage to the sensation unbelievable. I empathise with you and the words advised to use I would have gone along with too. I am having to ITC classes on the odd occasion and it's incredibly difficult sometimes to explain definitions of words, particularly to kids. I had to explain to them what a fantasy story was! I am not good at understanding poetry and stuff like that. But I gotta do this, cause it´s for my diploma thesis, so i gotta make sure I understand it right. So you think that times and friend refer to the same thing? That he means that the times of him using drugs could have been better? And who is the person or thing taking him in and driving him out. Some of the students listen Korn, Lordi, Iron maiden and Black Sabbath and this song along with Red Hot Chili Peppers´ seemed to be the easiest as far as grammar and vocabulary is concerned, but I do realize that their meaning is deeper than what it may seem, but I have troubles figuring it out sometimes. A "rolling stone" is a phrase used to describe a person who tends to wander and never sets solid roots down in one place. Say for instance if you might have a friend that constantly travels or moves. They never live in one place for very long because they are the restless type that is easily bored, and always in search of a new place to excite them. As a rule it's usually quite difficult for them to maintain personal relationships because they get more satisfaction in movement than attaching themselves to people. When one says "papa was a rolling stone", they are referring to an absentee father (that had little or no interest in building a family life).
