It really is an underappreciated flick. I only discovered it about 15 years ago. And I was surprised at how effective it was. I'm a huge fan of the genre as a whole, but psychological horror is really what I love. And that shit kept me up that night...

I can't find a certain scene, from the movie LET'S SCARE JESSICA TO DEATH, where a woman in a wedding dress is coming out of the water. That scene scared me sooooo much as a child. I finally found it on VHS. It's a creepy movie.

Director William Peter Blatty (who wrote The Exorcist) wanted the film to be titled "Legion", just like his novel of the same name. Even though Blatty opposed, the title was changed to "The Exorcist 3."which after poor reviews of The Exorcist 2 probably did more harm than good.
