This is not a zenophobic 'hate' post so please bare with me on this.

It's not that I don't understand that large companies are trying to meet their numbers on wallstreet and therefore are looking to cut cost anywhere possible. I understand that.
I understand that Wallstreet pressures drive EVERYTHING in publically traded corporations.


However, if you're gonna fire 20 technicians stateside, at least hire 20 technicians at the SAME SKILL level in India. Don't hire some poor college student looking for beer money. sheesh.


All my projects are late because these kids are taking on work way way way above their heads. Moreover, once they get their skills up (usually takes about a year), they're more marketable, and then leave us, CAUSE WE DON'T EVEN PAY THEM ENOUGH.
