plop plop fizz fizzz oh what a relief it is. We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry, and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal in value no matter what their color. Maya Angelou

There are many 70's commercials that are great. The Coke commercial where their are like 2,000 people singing, standing in the grass. And then that cereal commercial. "Give it to Mikey. He'll eat anything. Hey Mikey! Hey Mikey!". And then of course The American Indian with the tear running down his face. That's my favorite. SynthiaRose said "I'm in love with blackguitaristz. Especially when he talks about Hendrix."
nammie "What BGZ says I believe. I have the biggest crush on him." http://ccoshea19.googlepa...ssanctuary http://ccoshea19.googlepages.com

most of the old commercials that are stuck in my head are some of the local ones from iowa (hy-vee, holub gardens, super valu, quiktrip)...here's one of the ones i remember from the '80s:

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

That being said, how much longer can this crazy ass fool think he can hold on to success based on Thriller? His heyday is so long and gone, unless you're old enough to remember his Jackson 5 days, this all just seems like a distant memory from long ago and far away with zero chance of ressurection. Hell, I'd probably be inclined to buy a Tony Bennet album before one of Mike's, him being what he WAS, and his lazy ass not recording or singing live these days
