unlucky7	finding the future or present value? Anyone know how to enter these numbers exactly in a financial calculator to find the answer? N=10yrs i/4=8% pv=463193 pymt=0 fv=100000 N=10 i/4=8% pv=?469705 pymt=70000 fv=0 N=6 i/4=12% pv=20000 pymt=4864.51 fv=? I'm not sure about what I did above.
