I was in an 8 year toxic relationship. When I finally broke up with him I was surprised to feel EXCITED and SAD all at the same time. I had to do it though and boy was he surprised.

I definately had to Let Go. It was necessary for my self-esteem and my sanity. I'm glad I did it. The love is still there, but I wont go there again.

As many of you know, I got pregnant at 17. I got married and had a child my senior year of high school! When I walked alway from my youth, I also walked away from most of the friends I had known until then. I knew they were not the kind of people I wanted in my new life. I felt bad and awful at the time, but I knew I was making the right choice for myself.
