Except I have learned that I will get no where with that project if I keep calling it a yard. I think you will find that the proper term here is garden.
I just go along with it though it makes no sense.

shhh
After coming back from wedding/honeymoon, I will be in the garden planning out what needs to be done first.
Actually the apple tree needs pruning first that is for sure.

Any new news on your front?

THAT IS SO WEIRD.

falloff

i don't think i'll ever get over saying backyard. IT IS IN THE BACK! it has that NAME for a REASON!

I know but some times they do not use common sense when they use the English language.

Thank you Kenny hug

It has been a lot of work especially for Phil. we have been trying to make a fresh start for both of us.

He has been wonderful...he has put up new ceilings for lighting and taken up carpets and stripped the floors for waxing and everything in between.
Right now he is doing some work to the shower wall. The plumber is coming in on Friday to sort out our shower issues. We will soon have two shower heads so we can shower together more often.
wink
HA!!! TMI I know.. giggle

Now, for his next project, he can landscape the yard. It's never too early to start on a design plan....
The fountain will go here. Honey, do you still have that concrete mixer?

I grew up in Illinois. It's common lingo in the cornbelt.
It's interesting, the different terminology regions use.

Every one keeps saying men..it was just a man. Luckily there was someone here that could help that one man get 2 sofas and a chair into the house.
I will be writing a long complaint letter to the owner of the company.

We're going to have to talk shop. I've been trying to get myself motivated to fix my house for YEARS!!!!! It's hard because my walls are plaster not dry-wall and my floors are real wood.
