This is the UK, after all!!!!!

This country hasnt got a clue what "Customer Service" is!!!!!

I expect Val u get pissed off as well that u cant do any grocery shopping here on a Sunday evening as well!!!!! . They have signs outside grocery stores here saying "24 Hours" but in actual fact its a blatent bare-faced lie!!!!

If your sofas dont arrive any time today, then I would Lawyer myself up and taken them 2 court!! Oh, Pardon me, this is the UK, not the USA, and u cant do that sort of thing here!!!!

Is this the same woman that was moaning about the UK like YEARS ago? Hasn't she moved to the US after all this time? Funny thing is I seem to remember she was good at winding up people back then, she still manages it today. If it's the same person. Wasn't she called Ross or something? And wasn't she from the UK herself, making her moaning even more silly?
