Yes. Lucas conceived the story and David Koepp wrote the screenplay.

Also there are rumors that this movie is the first of as many as 4 films. That Shia may be taking over the action part in the next 3 films.

Oh and Entertainment Tonight is said to be showing the teaser tailor on Feb 14th.

I know! But given they just rapped shooting it October 20th I am going to cut them some slack. But like I said the teaser is due Feb 14th on tv and the next day of the IJ web site and in theaters (I assume with "The Spiderwick Chronicles"). But if you can not hold off a shot by shot description is on ain't it cool news.

The trailer kinda killed my excitement.

I knew Shia Lebouf would suck and he does.

I hope it is not one big old age joke.

George Lucas demanded the film be all his ideas.

Indy has never done it for the American Flag, he does it for history.

I'll see it, but reserve the right to say it sucked if needed.

Well it is Lucas's baby, but they all agreed on the script. I do think there will be a few too many age jokes. It seems Lucas has a knack for lame inside jokes.

I too hold dim hopes of Shia's acting chops, if his acting in Transformers is any indication, it will be as you said. What was Jake Lloyd was too busy?

And it may have never been over the top USA it was anti-Nazi. I took the flag shot as being part of the 'area 51' (opening?) segment of the movie. That the shot of the US flag will be a VERY early shot where we see Indy sneaking into the area to get the ARK back. (or something along those lines). So the flag is just to drive home the point of the segment taking part in the US at a US military facility.

Another possibility is that the Crystal Skulls is tied to Roswell.
