This reminds me of the EAS contests that they used to have. Yeah, it can be done in 12 weeks.

I agree. He went from some-one who, even though was unappy, seemed real, a bit more natural and easily approachable. He turned himself into some fake plastic looking mannequin!!! A look that is no where near as popular or appealing as the Muscle Mary's seem to think! He would have looked and done better to have concentrated more with a cardio workout with healthy eating. His body would've have slimmed down and shaped well. It a shame when peoples insecurities compel them to go from one extreme to the other! Sincere congratulations to him for identifying and admitting why he is unhappy. Setting himself a goal to acheive within a set amount of time, and sticking with it to the end!!!
