pee'd, weighed myself, wrote it down... took my Hydroxycut... watched a rerun of House that I hadn't seen, counted the minutes 'till I could eat (30 min)... ate what little pasta I had leftover from last night, then an ice cream sandwich... waiting for food to digest so I can hit the gym (visit #1 of 2 for the day, hopefully - I need to have a killer week, holiday weight beGONE!)... now I'm Orging & waiting & trying not to flake on the gym (it's cold outside!!  )...
@ some point today I need to call my momma & see how she's doing... Damn I'm boring

Yea, it keeps me honest about how I'm doing  I weigh once a week & write down how many times I've been to the gym that week, so I know when I fuck up if it's due to the food I ate or flaking on the gym. I see Beef has become available again Soulyacolia. I think it tatses like cat food though :-\ I love Pizza cheesestrings but they discontinued them like 2 years ago I got more hits than Madonna's got kids! | |

Interesting. I am a recent convert to the product and was not aware of this sadly discontinued version. Woke up.
Briefly orged. Went to the gym. Went to the office for about 1 1/2 hrs. Went to the mall intending to clothes shop, but bought a CD and a book instead. Came home and started missing my daughter bad. Orged some more. Made a few phone calls and picked up my house some. Orged some more. | |

Woke up very early
Left the house to pick a friend whom I drove to Dusseldorf (Germany) to visit the biggest boatshow in the world. Talked to some people who can maybe helpful in setting up a business with kiteboarding in Thailand, was very interesting. Fooled a salesman by pretending we were interested in buying a $5.000.000 powerboat!
Had some beers and dinner in Dusseldorf. Drove home again. [Edited 1/26/08 16:05pm] | |

slept 'till 1 pm
got up and had coffee took a 30 minute hot shower and shaved my 5 day beard off took the dog for a long walk and an extended game of fetch went to the supermarket and got groceries cooked dinner for friends who came over played trivial persuit with same friends watched tv watched some internet porn
watched tv and now i'm on the org and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |
