Its the start of a new year and i am stock taking

Right now i am loading phone system CPU's in to a chassis,starting them,locating IP address,logging in.retrieving software licences and keys,saving and cataloguing and stripping all ancillaries then boxing and labelling.


God i need a beer and its only 11.27am

Anybody hate their job as much as me today



Oh yeah that plus in the first 4 days of the week i worked 68 hrs

Oh, I hate my job too. I think I hate my career. I'm looking for some kind of completely different work situation this year - that's my goal. I'm tired of working with crazy office people. I think working in those little cubicles makes people demented.

I can't tell you how much working at my little indie coffee shop has changed my outlook on that. While I love the people I work with at Target and can't imagine getting by on a barista's "salary" full-time, I'm reminded that one CAN escape the corporate culture. It's sooooo different. Can't say I hate my job but we have been getting way too much work lately so I understand about the long hours. I end up having to work OT a lot
