Here is a lesson they should all take to heart:

But one day, this person had an epiphany, and soon after released a statement saying that when their new season began, the show would no longer feature such depravity. Instead, the show would focus on uplifting stories and ways in which peoples' lives could be made better.

You probably have heard of this host. She is now one of the richest women in the world. She has helped millions of people lead better lives. This is no coincidence, IMHO.

This person is Oprah Winfrey.
