Me,I have a low tolerance level. I've been known to go crazy at a Prince concert on 2 drinks. So how many does it take to get you to go Wild?

2 vodka and orange juice drinks will give me a nice buzz. If I have a third one, I will be drunk!

Red Wine is a sweet elixir. Big, bold and full bodied reds. I'm usually not buying the drinks so I loose track.

2 beers and I'm anyones.
PS. Just don't let bkw know, hell bag me out for it!

2 glasses of white wine and my lips are flapping. 2 is my limit. The only drawback is I have to go to the bathroom to pee all the time. My body will not retain alcohol.

with/after food - 3 or 4, but my standard is 1 or 2. I don't drink to get drunk...

Alas, I have built up an immunity to vodka over the years, probably because of my student days. It takes me a LOT (i.e. more than 12 shots) of vodka before I'm even slightly squiffy.

Other drinks, I don't really drink beer. I drink Guinness but you can't drink too many of them because it fills you up.

Anyway my answer is : a lot. Of course if I mix drinks I can get drunk faster but it is usually a bad idea...

The one thing I never drink (and never will) is whisky. It has a bad effect on me, and it's the same for other people in my family so I guess it's genetic or something.

generally, I like to start with 2 beers, then 2 double vodka cranberrys then back to beer...that should do it

I could'nt get drunk if I tried...I do have a glass or two of a dark red wine most evenings but I do not like the feeling of not being in control, so that is it for me (2 glasses)...Even though there have been days that I would like to have more than a couple.

How many drinks does it take to get me drunk? Depends on what I'm drinking.If it's Long Island Iced Teas,usually it only takes about 3 of those to get me drunk.

But I like to take my time and drink ALOT of drinks before I reach that point.Recently,I've been sipping on weaker drinks like "Sex on The Beach" and "Tequilla Sunrises".

Depends on the drink of course, but me? I only get drunk if I mix drinks.

When I drink alcohol (which is at least once every week - c'mon, I'm a student!) I usually drink beer so I think, like Ian with his vodka, I'm building up a bit of an immunity to it.

It takes a lo-o-ot to get me drunk nowadays and since I'm not a big fan of spirits in general (the alcoholic kind, not the scary, ghost kind ) it very rarely happens.

It depends on when was the last time I had a drink and if I really want to drink. I can drink with the best of them on my good day and on other days I can only drink to get a buzz.

2 glasses of white wine is my limit -- no, make that 3. I can't much handle anything else. I only go for 4 if I'm drinking in comfort of my own home. Can't handle hard liquor at all and haven't yet acquired a taste for beer.

After about 16 years of severe alcohol abuse I have acquired an extremely high tolerance level to booze.

I do, however, have my bad days when I'm tired and haven't eaten, when as little as 6 pints can get me bolloxed.

Eye usually dont drink but if eye choose 2 it's usually a couple of wine coolers, but only 2 cause if eye drink more then that who knows what might happen

I have a pretty high tolerance...even after being out of college for atleast a year. so I pretty much have this down to a science. If I drink beer...8 then I am drunk. If I am drinking mixed drinks...6. And if I am doing shots of Jagger...then about 4. What gets me every time is that I will mix what I am drinking...I will have a beer and then do shots of jagger then have more beer. Such a big but I do it anyway.

Taking for granted I've eaten and slept well before the drinking...

At a slow steady pace, I can drink beer all night w/o being any more than tipsy

At a moderate pace, 3 glasses of red and I'm tipsy, 5 glasses, slightly miffed..but I'll keep going with wine, so at 7 glasses or 2 bottles, I'm drunk...I don't do this very often

When onstage, I prefer 2 shots of whiskey or one snifter of scotch, to loosen up, then its screwdrivers, only 3...for the rest of the night...and then I'm very social and quite good at pool

It really depends on the bar. I drink cocktails mostly, and some places pour super weak. Places where I'm friends with the bartender (especially gay bars) I can get plowed on 2 or 3 drinks cuz theyre almost straight liquor.

UPDATE: I meant "plowed" as in "drunk" LOLOL.

When i did drink, i made it clear that as soon as i felt the effects of a drink, i concidered it drunk... for me.
i never did quite get the concept of drinking 'til you peed
yourself, or in some other way, hurt yourself. as i've seen

Well just say it takes quite a few.

I probably had about 15 beers yesterday afternoon at the races over about 5-6 hours and wasnt drunk.

It depends... if I am in a great mood one or two will get me tipsy... if I am not, it will take quite a few.
