Charlotte...there was a photo that made the "Best Photos of 2007" very similar to your rhino shot. It was of an elephant and her baby, but it was close up like yours. You could see the detail of the skin.

Admittedly I think usually the animals look sad and bored out of their minds, but the one we went to yesterday was open range, so they had plenty of space to roam and interact, which was nice to see.

I've only played around with it for half an hour or so. I wanted to take lots of pictures yesterday at my friend's house of our Christmas dinner and festive fun but I got distracted playing ps3. I don't think I'll have time to get out and take photos for a little while but in the new year my time is my own and I'm going to be a happy snapper.
