I think the postage to Uk cost more than the product, but she hated the stuff.. it bleached her bedding, pillowcases and clothes.. it was just like puttingf pure bleach on your skin.. no wonder it can get rid of acne it puffed up and went all red for days I know the feeling.. I will love you forever and you will never be forgotten - L.A.F.

None of that stuff ever works for me....even tried teatree because its supposed to be good....it made my skin worse...although Witch Hazel is pretty good and all natural But was the tea tree one a 'product' with other ingredients? I remember as a teen using some Boots tea tree oil wash and it was really harsh on my skin. Right now my skin is going through a transition as all the crap is coming out of it. I whack old green and white tea in with some hot water in a big bowl and sweat over it and all the gunk comes out. I think I'm just getting past the stage of it getting worse before it gets better and it's clearing up. My thinking for this year is to rid my little shower basket that I take downstairs to the bathroom of as much stuff as possible. Only galangal and ginger soap I get locally from as much natural stuff as possible. Shampoo is a necessity, but after showering I'm using no moisturizers. I think if I drink enough water I won't need them. I drink only water, juice, white or green tea all day and I'm starting to feel pretty good (I drank beer every day from my wedding day, Nov. 9th until the 4th of January!). Still smoking until a few days ago so it's still going to take time but I'm convinced that this is the way to go for me. It worked before briefly when I was really on a spiritual trip about 3 years ago so I think it'll work even better if I keep it up this time.

Cool that down, get a cotton pad, and voila! Feels great straight away and makes you feel and look fresh. It's so stupid how I (and people in general) will stress out about this stuff, and the expense of it, when really all anybody needs is lots of water, lots of sleep, and the odd extra little pick me up like the above. Stick chilled black tea bags over your eyes too if you feel tired and have bags under your eyes. Just freeze 'em after you use them for your regular cups of tea then get 'em out and let them defrost for a little while whenever you think you might want to use them and lie down for 5 mins with them over your eyes. thats soooo true, I looked in one of those 'natural' shops before christmas intent on buying natural stuff etc then I saw a tube of moisturiser for £24 cool thanks! It's amazing the power of the media and the way it can work with peoples' insecurities. A year or so ago my mother wanted this Boots anti-aging serum, Protect & Perfect, that was apparently all the rage in the UK (maybe you heard about it, it was on TV and in the papers and sold out). Not too expensive, relatively speaking, at 17 pounds, but still, only a small bottle really. I bought it for her out here and sent it and didn't think anymore of it. Then I found out about the shortages and how people were clamouring for it, so I went and found every Boots in Bangkok and bought as many as I could from every store every day for about a month. We had them ordering more daily, plus they were 40% off when you bought two, so we got hold of as much money as we could to buy them and sold them on eBay for nearly double what they sold for when in stock. Bless 'em, the stores have our home number and still call us when they have special promotions as I think they miss the commission. They were befuddled when we started being 30 at a time. Anyways, that's another story for another time and I'm getting sidetracked by self-congratulatory nostalgia (most fun I've ever had in my life though, honestly, walking into Boots and just out of the blue dropping four or five hundred pounds and feeling like a big shot ). Just shows what people will do if they're told something works and they want it badly enough. Anyways, my wife and I kept one for ourselves and I must admit that stuff is pretty damn good! I found it especially good after shaving as it's so smooth. I can't afford to keep buying it but that's the one thing, if I were to splash out a bit on these products, that I would buy. ... It was such a rush, you have no idea. Just that there are so many Boots stores in Bangkok is amusing to me, but to walk in there and clear the shelves and be given free gift bags (which we sold on as well!) for every 15 pounds spent... well, I felt alive! I completely irresponsibly shirked employment for a month to stride around shopping centres with huge bags full of anti-aging serums. Boots was my boardroom, my office, my world, and I was king. I lost count of how many times we flicked through the cable guide and had food delivered that month. Mon was Winslett, I was Dicaprio and our little balcony as we waited for the delivery lads to arrive on their mopeds was our Titanic, except there were no icebergs, no fall from grace, just me and Boots and a time I will never forget. Ok. That's cool you ordered white tea. Hopefully pai mu tan (white peony) or silver needle? It's really mild but it goes down so nicely if made properly.

Baihao Yinzhen - White Down Silver Needles oh and at the Titanic analogy! Sweet! You don't do things by halves. Expensive? It's very similar to the pai mu tan we have right now but even better! You can steep it for several minutes 'cause that's especially mild, but even steeped for a short time it tastes good - really clean and smooth. Oh, and don't pour boiling water on it. Let the water cool for a minute or two. Sorry, you probably already know this. Or maybe not. Do most people have an interest in tea?
