How do you feel about cottage cheese?

Personally, I'm a fan. I like it with fresh cracked pepper and pineapple chunks, but I'll eat it plain and like it just fine.

I haven't decided if I prefer large curd or small curd. I really don't think I care. Does it matter?

Anyway, yeah. I really like cottage cheese. I will totally eat it like gangbusters.

Does anyone else have strong opinions on this subject? Does anyone cook with cottage cheese?
