Well I understand what you mean but since the last incident (Wednesday evening) I did not go back to my kitchen, sounds stupid but it is true. When I am faced with rodents, I have the worst physical symptoms (cold sweat, shaking, feeling sick, etc..). Gradual confrontation is not even possible I am afraid, when you feel desperate and want to sort out the problem, hypnotherapy is an alternative to sort out the problem. I can't let this phobia run my life so this is the solution I found. I will keep you posted. buy these and save money on the hypnosis To Sir, with Love

Everybody has their own fears and the only way for me to resolve them is to face them. Hypnosis will help me, poison won't do solve anything. Some human beings were scared about other people' cultural, religious differences through history and the best way for them to deal with these were to kill them. Now, you might tell me that I am over the top but animals are living creatures too. "Girly Man Man Man..... Kill her kill her kill her"

I'm with you 100% on that. I can't go into rooms where there are known rodents. [Edited 12/4/07 12:59pm]
