I used to recycle as much as possible.
I used to help out in the local clean up on the beaches. I used to order trees from the Arbor Day Foundation and plant them in my yard every year.

Which is odd as the owner of our local shop still thinks the earth is flat and views electricity with suspicion so how he got to hear about the environment I don't know.

No I have not been recycling since I have been here... I know it is not an excuse but I used to have more room to separate and sort things. Sainsbury uses those new recycled bags and I meant to take them with me to Tesco when we went last week to see if they got offended. They are nice bags and will be used over and over.

Whenever I take a dump, I do it out in my nieghbors flower bed.
Obviously, I never let 'em see me doing it. I want 'em to think that magical elves are the reason why the soil in their garden is so vigoriously dark & rich. While I'm not actually ever around to see it, I'm sure that the smiles of delight on their faces upon gazing at the lushness of their marigolds & zinnias makes my effort not just enviromentally rewarding on a physical level but also on a social & emotional level, too.

That's me. I just hate sorting garbage. I mean, it's garbage! Nasty, smelly stuff that you don't want to touch. And ever since I had to wait a whole month before I could put out certain types of trash in Japan (they had an extremely strict schedule) I don't want to spend any significant time even thinking about garbage anymore.
