dont ever miss a dose!!! Last week I finally gave into my doc and started injecting a med call Byetta.
Its suppose to be this wonder drug for diabetic people, especially type 2. (which I am) I used to stay away from using medication by keeping my weight down and not eating anything "satisfying" I was basically living on the south beach diet. I got tired of it and decided to start wating. Well, lets just say I gained some weight. Anyway, I missed my morning dose and OHHH BOY did I get sick. I thought I was going to die!!! Within an hour of leaving my house I was sweaty, dizy and felt like I was going to throw up. The doc warned me, but im always on the go and never remember the important things. SHIT, never again will I miss a dose. Good thing about this medication is Im begining to feel so much better. Well, except for today. Im not as sleepy, dizy moody, and Ive lost 5 pounds in one week. 
So lesson learned, always listen to your doctor:giggle: got any related stories?? please do tell, I dont want to feel "alone" Say it's just a dream...

My ex was IDD and i gotta a hella lot of stories coz she was BAAAAADDDDD at times, i had to inject her a few times and get her out of nasty situations....bottom line...dont miss those meds sweetie flit flit | |

Lets just say denial can be a mother fu****!!!
I knew I wasnt getting any better, so I had to take my doc's advice. accepting is the first step..... Say it's just a dream...

My grandma's niece died earlier this year after going into a diabetic coma. My aunt is struggling majorly with her diabetes. both were overweight.
