Solve The Riddles

1. Stacy has six pairs of black gloves and six pairs of brown gloves mixed up in her drawer. In complete darkness, how many gloves must she take from the drawer in order to guarantee she'll have at least one pair that match?

2. What is the largest possible number you can write using only two numbers?...ONLY 2 numbers, no mathematical symbols or anything.

3. Because cigars cannot be entirely smoked, a hobo who collects cigar butts can make a cigar out of every 5 butts that he finds. Today, he has collected 25 cigar butts. How many cigars will he be able to smoke?

1 and 3 I've heard before...

2 seems way too easy, but since nobody's said it, I'll stab at it, and be told I'm wrong... 99.

Nope, it's 13 lol nod...it's possible that you could pull out six lefthanded black gloves and six lefthanded brown gloves, and thus still not have pulled out a matching pair from the drawer.

Three more...

1. What English word can have 4 of its 5 letters removed and still retain it's original pronunciation?

2. A woman goes into a hardware store to buy something for her house. When asked the price, the clerk replies, "the price of one is 12 cents, the price of 44 is 24 cents, and the price of 144 is 36 cents. What does the woman want to buy?

3. What device is designed such that whether you enter in the number 90 or enter in the number 130, it will perform in the exact same way?
