Nice pics of Ybor City. I've gone to Tampa once a year since '91 to see the Buccaneers play. Although I haven't been down the last couple of years. I miss the area. | |

How do you feel about the gentrification of ybor city? It's a double edged sword for me. One the one had, the increased security, retail shops, and restaurants caterng to families was a nice touch--my nephews favorite part of town. But on the other, a few local cuban owned family businesses couldn't keep up with the rent  | |

It's out of focus dammit!
I know. I had the camera on autofocus, so instead of focusing on the guy in the reflection on my mirror, my camera focused on the mirror itself
I lost the shot by the time I realized. I could have gotten out of the car and taken another one, but it wouldn't have been all that interesting other than a beefcake photo of sorts. | |

I often think I should get a camera, but I'm so horrible about taking pictures. I simply never do it, even on my travels and such.

Thats the columbia restaurant. It's a landmark in Tampa. It was used in that movie, "The Punisher".
