I just read that the writers strike has caused the TV show Lost and 24 to be cancelled this year. Not good. 24 is my favorite show.

Prison Break will end on episode 13 this year with a half-season cliffhanger.

24 will likely not air at all due to its episodic nature, and the fact that Fox want to air it as a whole (fair dos imho).

Lost *may* air, albeit with a large break between episodes. Then again, it may also not air at all.

Heroes may have to also end early.

but Deal or No Deal will continue no matter what

DAMN the only shows i like.....

I have access to scripts and development files, and here is what was going to happen in those shows this year:

"24" - Jack Bauer gets screwed over, then terrorists attack and the only guy that can save America is Jack Bauer. Although he is reluctant, he saves America again, only to get screwed over by everyone at the end.

"Lost" - Everyone ends up fornicating with everyone else. Three people disappear and are presumed dead. Aliens and monsters are all around but no one ever sees one.
