My favorite sandwiches:

Honey-smoked turkey on white bread, with mayonnaise, swiss cheese, and sourcream and chive potato chips on it. It's only good if you put the chips on it. Nice and crunchy!

Then, honey-smoked turkey on wheat bread, with swiss cheese, and speghetti sauce, heated up in the microwave. That's nice, too.

Hmm, and rubens are really good!

Wheat bread, crab meat (or honey smoked turkey), lettuce, black olives, a little oil, thin strips of onions, black olives, miracle whip, (maybe) well done bacon, cheese (not American, never American), black olives, black olives, black olives, black olives...

Or...maybe I should try a Po Boy...

Did I mention black olives?

Chicken, cream cheese, cucumbers, red onions, lettuce and spicy thai peanut sauce all on a honey grain bagel. Yum! I know what I'm having for lunch today.

Otherwise lots of fresh veggies (including carrots!), a yummy cheese like muenster, and a nice, hard-crust bread like a baguette w/a good brown deli mustard. It's hardly a good sandwich without a proper brown deli mustard.

Or a BLT without tomatoes but roasted red peppers instead with a nice red pepper/shallot mayo.
