Just so you feel better Mach, I started eating biscuits (cookies) with a cup of tea on Saturday for my elevenses (11am cup o tea and bickie), three cups of tea, and two packets of biscuits later, I got off my arse and decided I didn't need lunch.

It is normal, and VERY healthy.

I find if I restrict myself from something that I truly want and crave then it will only get worse until I let myself have it.
Luckily for me a small piece of good dark chocolate will hit the spot.
This morning ( & yesterday morning) I had a chocolate muffin & tea thanks to someone buying 2 Sunday night and leaving them here with me.... all alone..

They were moist and delicious and worth the calories...
I did make myself go for a long walk yesterday and today I am stripping wall paper.

I'm over it - onto fresh roasted pumpkin seeds and pomagranet/blueberry juice

Dominos Pizza has produced the nastiest dessert involving Oreos. I tried their Oreo dessert pizza, and it was the worst dessert I've ever had. The crust was too thin and had no flavor. It was smothered in some kind of icing, and only had a few crushed Oreos on top. It was not worth $4. I'll just save my money for a bag of Oreos next time. I kinda wanna try those Oreo cakesters or those White Chocolate dipped Oreos.
