My team (Packers) is 2 and 1 but really looks like crap out there on the field. Everyone was saying the defense was of Superbowl caliber but noone's seen that yet...and the injuries just don't stop coming...

As far as my team, eh hum, the WORLD CHAMPIONS...we are still undefeated!!! Although defense SUCKED yesterday and we were lucky to win... But the Pats are looking strong this year. Hopefully they will continue.

I always root for the home team Billy. But I was never much of a football fan until last year because I didn't really understand it. I was always more of a baseball fan...

So I started watching them last year, before the Super Bowl and when they were still a shitty team. Hanging out with the guys and the imaginary "yellow line" changed my whole outlook on football! Now I watch any game that's on cuz I love the game itself.

At least, the Ravens had a bye so they couldn't lose another game this week.

Don't know what's wrong with the 'Skins. Yes I do, offense and defense

But, I'm really diggin the Saints. I think they are going to be the team to beat this season.

1st, they CRUSHED those damned 'skins in their own house..
I live in DC, & you can't believe how SPOILED 'skins fans are here.. they really believe that every year-
regardless of who the coach is or who's on the team-
they are going to the Super Bowl.. they are the main news story at 6 & 11 most every night.. it's out of control!
Anyway I wore my EAGLES shirt to work last Tuesday.. I didn't say a word to (almost) anybody.. I just had a BIG SMILE on my face all day...
AHHH, that was SO SWEET!

Then yesterday we STOMPED a definitely inferior Cowboys team.. & really, it could have been worse!

The Eagles SHOULD'VE won the opener in TN, but they just FROZE in that 2nd half..!


Really, the Eagles ought to finish like 13-3 this year, MAYBE 14-2. Look at the other "contenders" in the NFC:

- the Rams are about done for the year, & it's only week 3 (the Bucs will do them tonight)

- the Saints look good, but they can't get that good that quick.. somebody's going to expose them (good thing they're not playing the Eagles this regular season)

- the Niners are STRUGGLING on offense.. they couldn't light it up against that POROUS 'skin defense (though that was a HELLUVA run by T. Owens yesterday, that "100 yd" 38-yd td run..)

- DA BEARS took 1 in the ass yesterday, they're hurting on defense & playing 16 "road games" this year..

- the G-Men & the Packers are 50-50, either team could go either way, up or down..

Look who's up top of the AFC North standings after Week 3? The Browns are the only team in the division, tho a little weak, to have two victories. And yes, sure, the Ravens (the old Browns) and the Steelers had a bye week this weekend.

If Timm-ay Couch and the receiving corps do it up all season, and Butch Davis, Bruce Arians, and Foge Fazio keep working their magic, the Browns will make the playoffs and most likely win the AFC North outright. The running game is questionable at times, but give Jamel White the ball and let William Green take his time to groom into the position.

Btw, it's Browns-Steelers week, part 1. Browns 27, Steelers 16. Next weekend, Oct 6, the Browns host the Ravens on ESPN Sunday Night Football. Love it.

And for all of you U-M fans out there, the Big 10 will go down to the U-M-Ohio State game. The winner will win the Big 10.

My Buffalo Bills are 1&2.they gotta Tighten Up on the Running Game&get a Serious Pass Rusher in there.but having said all of that they may be the Most Exciting Team in the NFL this year? I Mean Every game is a Adventure with these Guys&after that Horror Show of a Season last Year they look Better.still not fully sold on GLassy Eyed Greg Williams out Coach though.Miss Marv Levy.with the 4 Wide Outs we have&the tight Ends to go along with Blodsoe&the Offensive Line we Should always put up 30 Points.I still feel we will Play Philly in the Super Bowl.I stick with my team.
