My Four Leaf Clover!! I don't know how to explain it actually! All of my family gets sick over it! My friends all just shake their heads. Mom just rolls her eyes!
But since "forever" I have been blessed with being what folks would say the luckies muthafucka on the planet! It hasn't garnered me riches, well to a degree it has depending on your perspective. My life has always been littered with blessing after blessing, luck or happenstance or just the alignment of the planets at birth! I came to Atlanta and got a good job in two weeks! I was then reunited with an old friend who introduces me to prospective professionals and even a lover friend of mine, of which I come into a spare laptop for sale...bought it! My cousin takes me to a Hawks game here....FLOOR SEATS! I run into a friend from pittsburgh at that game and more connections ensue! Then my boy flies into town...gives me a call...'yo, Im in town shooting a movie..let's hang! Enter Jill Scott and a nice night of drinks! Next day...he calls again...I got tickets to the Final Four...wanna go?? He then flies his merry way...comes back...I have this film promotion to do...wanna go? Enter this young lady who just walks up to me with modelling possibilities. We talk further and she has now plugged me into a world of non profit possibilities and then some! She tells me she is selling her spare truck. I ask "can I see it?" SHE SOLD ME THE RANGE ROVER! No lump sum, PAYMENTS because she understands I am just getting started here...WOW! I can give you scenario after scenario....it is just like the Dr. Dre cut... "Everywhere that I go...I got people I know...who got people they know....yall get the idea!! All I say is .....WOW!
