PrintableMany thanks for your words of encouragement, which you have no only given to me but to others as well. It is a hard fight to lose the weight.
I used to comfort eat which is why I stayed so big all the time, but now I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full and no snacking. I take the dogs for a walk an hour a day. I eat what I want but stop when I am full. I think that is the secret. I don't deny myself the "naughty" foods because in the end I would just gave way and pig out on them and that would defeat the object. I find that because I have allowed myself to eat a bt of chocolate etc I don't crave them! I have now ordered size 10 Ralph Lauren stretchy jeans (we will see what happens) as my size 12s are now getting a tad big and keep falling down..not a pretty sight...hee hee.
