I'm not happy about the quality of my Facial skin. Ladies (or gentlemen).
What products do you recommend to return a natural glow to your skin? To give it a nice, firm youthful appearance? Is there something that fights or reverses spotting due to sun exposure or aging? Thanks for any help you can provide.

The best thing for your skin is a good diet, exercise and plenty of water. Go figure. I have been blessed with pretty good skin, though it gets a lot pinker/redder than I'd like. I cleanse every morning with a facial wash for sensitive skin and I exfoliate maybe once or twice a week (if I try to do more I get way too dry). I follow up with a good eye cream and a good moisturizer with sunblock. I wear sunblock on my face every single day. |

I've changed my diet the last couple of weeks to one heavy in veggies and fruits, and light on meats, even though I need the protein for my workout routine. I'm switching to a more cardio-centric workout. As for Ben's recommendation, I don't smoke, so the constriction of blood to the skin (or greying and dullness of the skin due to smoking) is not an issue. But I noticed when staring close at my facial skin that aside from occasional pimples, I've got these annoying spots due to sun exposure. I also noticed that I have new moles, etc. etc. I'm not trying to be vain, but I'm really in the "get yourself back together" mood lately, and aside from hitting the gym and running, cosmetic concerns are coming into play now

Thanks boo other than drinking lots of water I might recommend Hydra's Monster Serum. Love that stuff. It's one of the only lotions that doesn't make me break out. My Legacy

Aveeno supposedly "evens tones" but I noticed it has some kind of glitter that reflects light in order to do so.
The glitter gets in your eyes inevitably. I've also started using Purpose face lotion w/sunscreen My Legacy

I use Oil of Olay products. Cleansers, moisturiazers, the whole 9 yards. My grandmother used them, so I kind of got it from her. They're basically the high end of the discount stuff.
But I've been using it for years and I've been thinking of changing it up a bit myself... |

oh no, I'm going to keep having face lifts starting at age 50 until my ears touch. Until that time, I need to know what common products can help with the natural glow.
