When management listens/ignores you... what do you do?
If you feel there's a problem at work that you alone cannot correct, but need help from your boss/supervisor, what happens if you bring it to their attention more than once, and nothing changes? To go above their head, is not cool To keep on complaining, might get things changed, but you'll seem like a whiner, and this may hurt your chance for advancement.. what to do, what to do...? | |

going above their head is not cool because it breaks the chain of command. How would you feel if someone bitched to your boss about something you did/didn't do, without talking to you first, or talked to you first, and you hadn't done anything about it because you couldnt? | |

Ex-Moderator | As others are pointing out, once you've brought it up several times, you're totally allowed to go above their heads. At the very least they owe you an explination. |
