And hey - did anyone else catch this?

I don't know who the color announcer is for ESPN, but he's the first person to have ever used the word "matriculate" to describe what Tony Romo did to the defense.

"Watch how Tony Romo matriculates the defense on this pass!"

WTF?!?

You should watch SportsCenter more often.....the anchors use it all the time, especially during college replays.....

...I heart ESPN...mushy

And that says what? I'm totally into Romo. lol Although, that joke is just about the lamest sports pun I've ever heard. And it's frequently used by people with low levels of intelligence. You know--Redskins fans.

They do? confuse And not the NY Giants and Philly? Or the rest of the NFC? falloff

Unfortunately, I know plenty of Redskins fans--I used to live just south of DC--and no Eagles or Giants fans.

Yeah, as much as I love my Gamecocks, Florida put up one hell of a fight against LSU more so than SC. That rematch would be way more exciting than seeing SC vs LSU. Seeing LSU destroy SC was unbearable. With the exception of the Gators game, everything should be clear sailing for the gamecocks. So they should get a pretty good bowl game instead of one of the minor ones this year.

lol True story.....they used to sell shirts with just "COCKS" written on them, especially around campus, but some prudes complained about it, so they don't sell them anymore. sad I guess people outside of SC who don't follow college sports would be kinda clueless seeing a shirt with just COCKS on it. They still have shirts that play on the word "cocks".....some clever and funny stuff. lol Imagine having a "cocks" shirt playing on Chris Smelley's last name. lol

Yeah, they still make the hats, and there are shirts with it on it, but it's accompanied by the school name so people aren't confused. lol Some people are probably still wearing their old ones though. You can easily make them yourself, because the lettering is just basic block letters that you could buy to iron on.....or if you're lazy, just get a shop to print one up for you. I think they should make a comeback.....just to piss people off. lol

I think there should be a seperate thread 4 Dallas New England cuz this one is gonna be overloaded by Sunday.

Wow. See, that is what we get 4 looking 2 the Patriots.

5 Interceptions by Romo

1 fumble by Romo

And we still win?

No matter how ugly it was a win is a win is a win.

We played from behind and still won. So what if it was against Buffalo?

We have New England next week. The battle of the unbeatens.

Every1 and their mother will say the Patriots will beat us. U know how I feel.

All I will say is this: A Super Bowl is not won in week 6.

Go Cowboys. Don't hate the name. Respect the game. I love ya CarrieLee so don't hold it against me 2 much.

j7

lol It's only a game, and may the best team win! Go Patriots!!!!
