I have ZERO patience today ... I am usually not troubled with lack of patience

just stopping, taking a few deep breaths, and trying not to think about anything helps me usually. | |

I hear ya.
When my patience is low, I usually try to just keep to myself so I don't blow my top at someone. Take deep breathes, that usually helps. | |
