My Farewell to all of you My close and wonderful friends,
I will not be coming to chat for what may be a very long time. I will be going on what I'll call a Journey which God has placed before me. This is something long overdue. And God has made it clear to me that I can no longer delay this Journey. I can't go into specifics as to what this entails, however there are a few of you whom I've talked to about certain areas of my life. So those few may possibly know where I will be going. Anyhow, before I leave I would like to say a few words to all of you. First, you all have come to prove the point of truth that beauty is truly in the heart of a person, not in physical appearance. You have all, each in your own way, touched my heart and made me feel loved, appreciated, and accepted. I hope that I have given at least some of that back to you all. There are some that are closer to me than others, but I've found out some things common among all Prince fans. You are truly unique, fun, loving, and most of all, Real! When I was in the Marine Corps, back in 1993-1997, there was one thing that got me through the worst of times, and that was Prince's music. His music is like stories of life, something which relates to all of us. And when I found this site full of others who share in the same fascination, it made it all the more clear to me that Price has something that many Kings would die for. And that is loyalty and camaraderie among his fans. But getting back to you all, I will truly miss each and every one of you. All I ask is that you pray for me in this Journey I am taking.
