new WB show Birds of Prey? anyone a fan of the comic? anyone going to watch the show?
i've never read it, but the show looks intriguing. and now that i live in a place with no UPN, perhaps i'm just looking for a Buffy substitute

Hell yeah.
I've been dying for months waiting for this show to start. I'm and old comics geek, and it's a great time to be one. I love Buffy and Smallville. So yes, I can't wait until tomorrow night... http://www.facebook.com/p...111?ref=ts

It IS a great time to be a comics geek! So many movies and shows, some of which most people don't even realize are based on comics.

I loved it too, Jess. And I was glad to see that they didn't shy away from the obvious Batman connections, and even played them up in the flashbacks with Oracle. | |
