Laundry Nice, fresh laundry is one of the best smells I can think of. Luckily, I work in a laundromat, and while I despise touching other people's clothes, the smell of the laundromat is always nice, and the smell extends up and down the street. So, I'm here to ask you:

detergent: right now i'm usin gain (island fresh scent!)
dryer sheets: downy liquid, tropical breeze or somethin like that. either that or i use suavitel...i love the smell of suavitel. 
cool idea 4 a thread...i have a thing 4 the smell of a laundromat or even laundry fresh outta the dryer...  | |

Tide, and Arm & Hammer Fabricare.
Bounce fabric softener - sheets. But any fabric softener that works is cool. Sometimes even when I don't need detergent I walk down the detergent isle in the store because I like the smell of it. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes. | |

i'm a bigger geek than i originally thought...i actually like doin laundry...
I don't mind doing laundry...but I mind folding clothes. That sux. Yes! Folding sucks! I spent 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week this summer folding. Hundreds of towels a day for the docks. After awhile, towels can make your hands feel funny, too. Not to mention, the tons of pillow cases, and fitted sheets.  -------

The stuff smells great, though, and it saves time in the morning when I'm running late to catch the bus and have a wrinkly shirt...I don't fold my own clothes, because, I'm lazy, lame, and hate folding. -------
